Barbiel (Barakiel, Barbuel, Baruel)

Angel who is both good and bad. As a good angel, Bar- biel is ruler of October and, when equated with Barakiel, also February. He is one of the angels of the 28 MANSIONS OF THE MOON . As a FALLEN ANGEL , he is ex-prince of the orders of VIRTUES and ANGELS .In HELL , Barbiel serves under Zaphiel as one of the seven Electors.
